Course Content: Includes adult conscious choking demonstration, recognizing and caring for victims of illness and sudden injury (controlling bleeding, care for injuries/burns, etc)
Certificates Received: First Aid (valid 3yr), Adult Conscious Alleviation of Choking (valid n/a)

Bloodborne Pathogens Training: Preventing Disease Transmission (PDT)

Audience: Organizations needing to meet the employee training requirements of the OSHA bloodborne pathogens regulation (for employees who may come in contact with infectious materials as part of their job, such as first aid providers, fire fighters, nurses, etc.)
Course Content: This course covers transmission of diseases, employer's exposure control plan, emergency follow-up procedures, preventing disease transmission.
Certificate Received: Preventing Disease Transmission (There is no certificate expiration date, however, OSHA regulations include that training updates in bloodborne pathogens should be conducted annually). This course meets state CBRF requirements.
