
CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer
This eight-hour course is intended for individuals who are
expected to respond to an emergency as part of their job-related
duties. Topics include: adult, child and infant rescue breathing,
care for choking, CPR, two rescuer CPR and breathing devices.
Certification valid for one year.
Course hours: 6 - 11 pm
CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer Review
This is a REVIEW course for individuals already certified in CPR for the Professional Rescuer.
CPR For the Professional Rescuer is a special CPR for those working in the Lifeguard, Health Care, Fire Fighter, Emergency Services and Ski Patrol occupations. We will gladly accept American Heart Association’s equivalency “BLS” or Basic Life Support For Healthcare Providers” certification card holders provided they are not expired. Those who have already expired in their certification or cannot determine what level of CPR they hold certifications in, should direct their questions regarding the registration of this course to the chapter Health and Safety Director Sherri Galle-Teske. |
