Course Title: Workplace
Training - Adult CPR/AED
Who should take it: Businesses who require
a health & safety program for their employees which meets
OSHA guidelines.
Course Description: Teaches how to determine
the safe response to an emergency situation. Recognizing and
caring for life-threatening emergencies in adults, such as
respiratory and cardiac problems and choking. Treating injuries,
including severe cuts and burns, sprains and strains. Treating
sudden illnesses, such as poisonings, bites, and stings. Recognizing
and treating heat and cold emergencies. Using an Automated
External Defibrillator (AED) device.
Certification: CPR certification is good
for one year from date of issue. AED certification is good
for one year from date of issue.
